WELCOME TO RAIDER COUNSELING!


Spring Hill High School is the northernmost high school in Maury County. Located just south of Saturn Parkway and the General Motors Plant, our student population is ever-changing, with students moving here from all over the United States. So don't be nervous. Our student body is friendly and looking forward to helping you become a Raider!

SHHS has three counselors to assist students with course selection, career and vocational development, the college application process, scholarships and the financial aid process, testing, and general counseling.

OUR MISSION:

We strive to develop well-rounded citizens through a comprehensive school counseling program The program will utilize research-based, data-driven interventions and programs to promote the MCPS Seven Keys to College and Career Readiness and promote a thriving school through programs and initiatives that encourage personal, social, emotional, and academic growth.

Office Hours are from 7:30 am – 2:30 pm.

Students are welcome any time, however, we prefer students not to schedule appointments during their core instruction times. Contact your counselor to schedule an appointment.

Parents can meet with counselors by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please contact your student's counselor via phone or email. Please note that if you do not have an appointment and walk in, there is a chance your child's counselor will not be available to meet with you due to other engagements.
